4:00 PM Arr. Dublin exit dinnerstop:
Bus #1 to McDonalds
Bus #2 to Burger King
Bus #3 to Wendy’s
OR Students/Adults may opt to pack and bring their own meal. We have only 1 hour, and must arrive in Coffman parking lot at 5 pm
5:00 Arrive Coffman HS, guides board busses to hand stamp band, chaperones and pit crew.
5:15 All performers get dressed on busses (M/F exit as needed)
5:30 Instrument/Equipment unload
6:00 WarmUp begins
6:40 Pit leaves for gate
6:45 Band leaves for gate
6:55 Pit at gate
7:00 Band at gate
7:15 PERFORMANCE
7:30 Return to busses, load equipment, change to street clothes (except DM’s/Guard Capt), put on raincoats, get blankets!!!
8:00 pm Return to stadium, sit in visitors bleachers as a group
8:15 pm AWARDS for our block
8:30-10:00 pm View (and cheer) final block of (6) States Bands!!! You may visit concession stand for additional food/snacks!!
10:15 pm Load busses, depart for VF
12:30 am EST. arrival at VF. Turn in uniforms, trailer can unload Monday morning……..

Please NO video cameras/tape recorders!!! It is against OMEA regulations!!!! Still photos ok but flash photography can blind a performer!!

Directions: Dublin Coffman
--Travel to Columbus and take I-270 to the North West side of town.
--Exit I-270 at SR 161 East.
-- Left at first light (Franz/Post Rd)
--Travel to Coffman Rd turn right.
Visitors: from Coffman Rd, turn right on Emerald Parkway. Park in the Verizon lot on your right.

BUS SEATS AVAILABLE
Additional seats on the bus will be made available on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis beginning Monday. After all students/staff/working chaperones/pit crew are counted up (by Friday night) we will know how many seats will be available for parents and family to travel with us to States. There could be around 20-30 seats. No unaccompanied minors ("friends") will be accepted. We will number the requests as they arrive in our hands Monday morning, and inform ALL of their status on Tuesday. You must use the STATES BUS SEAT REQUEST form given out with this Updater.
The busses roll at 2 pm, so that means work conflicts for some, but if you can join us, it would be GREAT for the students to bring their own cheering section with them!!!
